Product information
Sodium sulfate is a sodium salt of sulfuric acid. Naturally occurring sodium sulfate is mined. It is produced in chemical processes - often as a by-product in the chemical industry in reactions in which sulfuric acid is neutralized with sodium hydroxide solution. Sodium sulfate is applied, among other things, as a filler or carrier substance, for drying solutions agents or as a material for latent heat storage.
