For this purpose, we are cooperating with ClimatePartner - one of the world's leading business solution providers in climate protection. ClimatePartner calculates the CO2 emissions generated by our trading activities (excluding products) and supports climate protection projects to compensate for these CO2 emissions.
Carbon compensation with a strong partner
By cooperating with ClimatePartner, we also enable our customers to improve their CO2 footprint, as this reduces emissions throughout the entire process chain. ClimatePartner calculates the CO2 emissions of our trading business excluding products and offsets them by supporting climate protection projects.
By purchasing solutions with a financial climate contribution, you contribute to global climate protection and support recognized climate protection projects. You also promote the achievement of global sustainability goals (Sustainable Development Goals), such as the fight against poverty or the improvement of living conditions in emerging and developing countries.

Climate project + ocean protection
We are currently supporting a certified climate project with our CO2 offsetting and additionally promoting international ocean protection. For every ton of CO2 saved through the contribution via a certified climate project, 10 kg of plastic is collected in coastal regions.
