Chemische Fabrik Kalk GmbH awarded EcoVadis Silver rating
EcoVadis has assessed CFK's performance in the key fields of sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR). In all categories, the company performs above average in an industry comparison and therefore receives recognition of a silver rating.
CFK performs successfully in the EcoVadis rating process with 64 out of a possible 100 points. The silver rating recognizes CFK's great importance to sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) within the company. The categories of environment, labor and human rights, ethics as well as sustainable procurement were included in the assessment.
EcoVadis provides supplier CSR ratings for global supply chains and is used by over 75,000 companies worldwide. Tens of thousands of companies work with EcoVadis to collaborate with a common platform, universal scorecard, benchmarks, and sustainability performance improvement tools.
We have commissioned EcoVadis to evaluate our sustainability and CSR performance. This award is a great recognition of our performance in this area. The rating is an important consideration for our customers when selecting suppliers, who therefore also assume responsibility in the supply chain.
