Customer satisfaction

Customers very satisfied with CFK

We were very curious to find out how our customers assess us. In May 2022, we therefore asked our customers about their satisfaction with our services. This survey was conducted by the University of Kassel, Department of Marketing, to obtain a clear feedback.  

94% of customers are very satisfied or satisfied

For us, competence above all means understanding the requirements of our customers. We are therefore pleased with this result and the recognition! In the detailed responses, we still find cause for further improvement. We will address this immediately. 

Many thanks to the participants! For each participation 10 EUR were donated to "Aktion Deutschland hilft, Nothilfe Ukraine" for emergency aid to support the civilian population in need as a result of the war in Ukraine.
